1. Create a 2nd todays date date of birth 1944 psn account
2. Start game, buy car in color you want
3. Gift the paint chip your received from that car to your main account
4.send gift car as well
5. Quit game and delete game save data
6. Repeat.

this will give you unlimited paintchips

You know this can just be done alongside the birthday exploit, but sending the paint colour to your account yeah? If you have a car from a preorder you can switch to that and gift your used car too, giving yourself another paint.
