Playstation buttons found in android SDK

This thread outlines information into the introduction of Playstation phone into the android family, with playstation buttons being found in the new SDK

Now we know that the new Android 2.3 Gingerbread focusing on improved gaming and with new finds in the SDK it is clear the Playstation phone is upon us. Offering smoother graphics performance or support for additional dedicated gaming buttons for those of us who enjoy the games more than the actual phone. This new android update is not yet released but seems to be offering much improved gaming over previous versions, allowing us to chose our phone over specific handheld devices such as the upcoming 3DS by Nintendo . People have been exploring the new SDK and in doing so they have revealed Playstation buttons which are more than likely for the new Playstation phone that will be running Gingerbread.

If you are still not convinced i would urge you to head over to the android developers site and check out android.view.KeyEvent which will give you more information on the following input keys: A, B, C, L1, L2, Mode, R1, R2, Select, Start, ThumbL, ThumbR, X, Y, and Z. If you ask me i will be looking forward to this new update even if i don't purchase the Playstation phone as i always wee improved gaming as a bonus as the iPhone has dominated the scene so far.

I'm actually curious to see which carrier this is going to go on. Seeing as it's a Sony Erickson phone, I'd say it's going to be exclusive to AT&T as they are the only carrier I've seen use that phone.

Sucks too. I have Sprint.
