Buying GT5 Cars For vBux

I'm wanting to know:

What car you have for sale
The price in vBux you are looking for
Whether the car is Tuned Fully or not
What colour the car is

I'm guessing that if someone else is sending me the car then it doesn't matter if I am high enough level to buy the car.
For example, if I'm level 8, and I buy a car from someone else that is level 17 and the car is a level 17 I could still use this car.
