In recent news a Chinese man was arrested for buying two gaming consoles with credit card information that has been reported stolen. That's not the whole story, they also found 1,800 other credit cards with him. He is employed at a Chinese restaraunt & is the leader of a Dragon crime gang. The police claim that the gang bought things on those stolen credit cards & re-sold them so they wouldn't get caught. Rai Kizan (the leader), says none of this happened, & that they are not a gang.

If he is such a gangster then why didn't he just brng 600 Guys with him and kill the Police... Instead he walks around with 1,800 Credit Cards and waitts for officers to arrest him.
