use the chervolet corvette zr1 09 tune it up and u will win so easy i win with 10 sec ahead of them all the time so easy. u will need some cash to buy the car and tune it up fully tuned its 900 bhp good luck

Pretty much what he ^ said.
Buy the racing modification on the Corvette ZR1 and then buy all extra upgrades available.
Go into tuning and click on Aerodynamics, set the front and rear downforce to max.
Then go to transmission and set your top speed to 242 (you need to have bought the fully customizable transmission option in tuning).
