Don't even need to do that, just scroll down. Anyway, if you haven't done all of the special events then I suggest doing them since you get a serious amount of cash from them. Also, try to spread your time evenly between A & B-Spec because you'll get more cars from the races and the B-Spec rewards are much better in my opinion.

what special events? soorry imanoob. my license is at iA-10 but i cant pass the license

Special events are in the special events tab right beside the dealership on the left
they are special races (Karting, Rally) that will help you with races in the future.
You get lots of cash and experience off them
