if you successfully did what you just said, then you broke a major development into making saves from other users to yours, not only limited to GT5 saves

Ill upload some US save data if people would like with specs and What not...

SOMEONE ELSE SAVE (this must be a save BETTER than yours... otherwise there is no point you doing this)

open the 2 sfo files... copy the correct info... enjoy!

I saw and I am speechless....... this isn't for ps jailbreak or anything of that sort correct? (which version of sfo editor? 0.80 beta?)

which part do you replace? (is it same with every save game?)
because I been trying to find that value but I always thought there were 2 values or more that recognizes with each other; function together or it would also come corrupt

I have a favor to ask, is it possible to do with FFXIII save? I can give u mine and a another one, it took me around 13 months (just from when the game came out) I ripped my hair to pieces but always gets corrupt! (I quit this "charade" for 2 months now)

and btw I know there is a plat GT5 save out there for NA I downloaded from, I think I have it in my HDD some where, I am trying to dig it up if I have it hopefully

i can have a look stick them in folders like this

FFXSAVE-THE 1 I WANT TO WORK
FFXSAVE-MY CORRUPT SAVE or what ever it is... make it simple for me to know which 1 is YOUR save otherwise neither of them will work

and depending on how you backed up your save depends if its for jailbreak or not...

has been tested with JB and works fine...

not yet tested with OFW as no1 seemed to understand i DONT have 1.05 or USA game or OFW for that matter lol

I try doing it myself (for a different game; COD WAW), using tips on the link u provided, I tried a tutorial but I have successfully edited the account id of the save file that I want to use and went back to sfo editor and change the save game directory....wait I think I did something wrong, haha hold on ill let you know my pc is a mess of files in desktop :dunce:

Updated: yea I didn't miss anything, I only changed the param.sfo in COD WAW (replaced to the modified file to the downloaded game folder; did everything right), but it still tells me it is data corrupt when copying over, maybe it doesn't work for all games....and I couldn't find the GT5 plat for EU and NA version in HDD but it is out there, I downloaded 2 weeks ago, of course trying to decrypt the info for more cash but gave up

btw do u edit the param and params2 in the sfo editor, hopefully not (which I didn't), but I am thinking that you do for some reason?
