But its cost a lot of money ( on zr1 380k credits) and the car is not faster as u tune it fully its 60% for the Appearance (?)

Best way to get the most power out your car is to tune it your self and adjust the tuning to what you prefer.

Racing mods produce much better handling cars even if they have less power,
as the name suggests "Race mod" the modification perfects the car for a race environment especially tracks that demand a good handling car,
In my opinion, even with the reduced power race modded cars are superior to the manually tuned versions
