<p align="justify"> In the past 5 weeks, people who have purchased Call of Duty: Black Ops signed a petition that they'd like a refund on the title that Treyarch has recently released to the world. They say that the petition has reached above 8,800 signatures, which is beginning to become quite the news for Treyarch lately. The petition was created due to the lag, framerate, & host migration in Call of Duty: Black Ops, which in my opinion, is a great reason to call upon a petition to get a refund on one of the most anticipated games of the 2010 year. If you'd like to know the people who support this action, just go on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 created by Infinity Ward. The players on that game either don't have the new release, or they just find Infinity Ward a much better company who take care of their videogames.

Treyarch's lawyers have not commented on this petition yet. People say some legal actions need to be passed, so that either the refund petition will be passed, or denied.

Other reports say that Treyarch has been ignoring the feedback they are getting from the supporters and/or the opposers of Black Ops. Treyarch commented on this, saying they are trying their best to patch up all bugs/glitches/hacks that are being done to the game. Which in my opinion, along with alot of other people, isn't doing to much.

WOW! lol, I can see why. I was disappointed with Black Ops, and don't really play it anymore.

Black Ops had a bad start so far, atleast for the ps3, constant disconnections and lag makes the game less enjoyable. Another thing is how it takes more shots to kill someone, making it difficult to kill two people shooting at you without dieing. That is because stopping power was removed though.

PS3 Users always thing ps3 is better because they get free internet, you get it free because #1 its crap and #2 is shit, Xbox users pay for there internet, Bill gates is rolling in it, he can pay companys etc etc, this just goes to show how Microsoft run the gaming industry. Get an xbox and stop whining.

worst game ever

because the game lags is not a reason to give the people a refund most of these people are having trouble becaue either their CD is scratched and they are angry about it or its with in their system. the lag happened to me only around 3 times.

It's only the truth...
Maybe they should step their internet game up?
Get a better connection and it will really help.
I have the games both on Playstation 3 and XBOX 360, I rarely get host migrations or kicks.
I NEVER get FPS problems.

Activision and Treyarch will do what they can to fix what problems this small amount of people are having. But I can honestly say to you, if you call Activision or Treyarch about your problems like this, then they will tell you to check your internet speeds.
