6) Click GT Profile and on the right hand side there will be a code for you (Redeem code), enter it in PSN store, download and it will be in your garage!

Dude, yes they 'are'.

1. You can NOT send DLC cars as gifts.

2. It is a "Fact" that you can not ahve a UK account and play with these cars on a US version game. (Proven already, check google if you don't believe me. It is the same thing with the Free Japan cars. If you could use these then you could use them but you can't.)

It's a chrome line, so I doubt it that you can send it to a friend (didn't try it yet).. Just like the Signature edition cars, can't send them eather..
