buy any level 0 car, then do your license tests to win cars...I never used the first car I bought

2.buy the Honda in dealership
3.add your main
4.Gift it

Do some license tests, and refresh the used lot. I bought the blue 240 that shows up, and did quite nicely with it. When I load a fresh game the only cars that are affordable are crap!
