Really easy to do just make sure you have the music on your PS3.
You must login or register to view this content.
First you need to click the 'Music Library' on the left panel
You must login or register to view this content.
Now click 'Menu BGM or Race BGM (Back Ground Music)'
You must login or register to view this content.
After selecting which one you want click the 'BGM Settings'
You must login or register to view this content.
Now click the 'Use "User BGM (Menu/Race)"'
Then click the 'Open PS3 system Music folder'
You must login or register to view this content.
Select which song/folder you want then click "OK"
