and how dificult is the challenge? eg, what is needed to be done?

You will get the X2010:

A Spec : Beat the S.Vettel challenge at Level 30.
B Spec: You will get S.Vettel X2010 for free once you reached Level 35.

You can also buy which ever colour you like when your level 40 A or B spec but it's 20million CR.
