Instead of suing this guy, Microsoft rewarded him for being the first to jailbreak a windows phone! They gave him with a t-shirt that read "I was the first to jailbreak Windows Phone 7, and all I got was this lousy t-shirt."

I bet Geohot is upset he didn't get a shirt!

If only they were as lenient when it came to "jailbreaking" their consoles..
