Wow, I've got 3 of the 4 20,000,000 dollar cars, about to go and get the fourth one (the XJ13 now.)

Any idea on how to even get that car? I've never seen it used.

Three ways, one is hard, the other two are really easy.

1. (Hard-er way) Buy it for 20 mil
2. (Easiest) Birthday glitch it
3. (What I just did) Win the Indy 500 using a Redbull (easy-sauce, I was 42 laps ahead, and had multiple spin outs and flipovers just because I'm still not the best with that car.)

I'd say if you're not level 28 or over, just make a new account with the birthday set to today, year 1966, and you can probably get it in 10 minutes of trying.
