(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); 1 - Get a Red Bull X2010.
2 - Use a rubber band to tie the right stick in the up position.
3 - Use a something to have the left stick in the (slightly) right position, I used Blu-tack.
4 - Get a USB keyboard and plug it in.
5 - Put an object on the Enter key to hold it down.
6 - Enter the Dream Car Indy race.
7 - ????
8 - PROFIT!!!

The X2010 will race along the wall and still beat the opposition, and the enter key on the keyboard (if held down) will auto-collect money/xp and select to race again Happy
You can just leave this for as long as you want, and it will keep running!

You get 108,000 per race on the Dream Car one (and about 9500xp). It takes about 7mins 30s. Thats about 864,000 credits and 76,000xp per hour. So this can be a tidy little earner while you're sleeping.

If you want to grind for $$$ instead of XP...
Do the Like the Wind Indy race. It works out that you earn about 1.5x more money, but 0.7x XP per hour.

My contraption for holding down the Enter key. (An old guitar effects processor on top of a roll of adhesive tape) Apologies for the dirty keyboard, it is an old one I got for free just for this purpose lol

An old Non-DS3 controller showing where you can tie rubber bands.

This sounds like a good idea, but why have the right stick in the up position?

Is that only if you are using manual trans???

Do a barrel roll!
I think he uses the right stick for gas. Default controls you can use the right analog for gas. Also Im pretty sure this only works with automatic transmissions.

Yeah right stick is up to have gas on all the time. Yeah you must have X1 with an Automatic gearbox (don't know if you can even use it with manual, that would be hell anyway). Left stick must only be slightly right, as if you leave it in the middle it will bounce too far away from the wall and crash, and if its fully right it will hit straight into the wall and crash.

I found putting a bit of blu tack, and then putting a tooth pick in that to use it as a kind of wedge works best. I dunno what would be best for it, I guess its kind of what you have at hand :P

I just tried this, it definitely works, now I can just leave it there while I do my homework or something LOL. BTW you you can drive the redbull with manual, its not as hard as you think. Thanks for the trick though.

Ha! Yeah, I have the R2 set as gas, and L2 as brake. Gives better control for me.

This does work! I am already close to 20 mil credits. I set this up for a bit, get right at 20 mil, buy some cars, rinse and repeat.

If you do the Indy race in "Like The Wind" it takes half as long for each race as there are only 5 laps, you only get 84,000 Cr per race win, but, as you do twice as many races in the same time period you actually get more Credits overall.

This method works great. I always use it when I sleep.

Nice. What is the XP like? I guess you get less XP overall, as that is what I was trying to grind at the time and I think I tested it...
