Killzone 3 Geting a Public Beta

Upset you didn't get the KZ3 private beta? Well don't be. The Killzone 3 PUBLIC beta is set for launch on Feb. 2 for the US and Feb. 3 for Europe. The beta will have the map, MP05 ‘Frozen Dam’ and feature 3 multiplayer game modes. ‘Guerrilla Warfare’, ‘Warzone’ and ‘Operations’.

* Guerrilla Warfare (16 players): Guerrilla Warfare is a standalone multiplayer mode similar to classic Team Deathmatch: You and your teammates must try to kill as many of the opposing team as you can before the timer runs out. In this mode, only the downstream monitor houses and repair bay are accessible, giving the map a very frantic pace.
* Warzone (24 players): If you’ve played Killzone 2, you may already be familiar with Warzone. It’s a round-based multiplayer campaign that consists of five randomly ordered mini-missions. Killzone 3 is a PS3 exclusive and will be released on February 22 for the US. A SOCOM 4 beta will also be included with specially marked boxes.

Do a barrel roll!
The graphics look very impressive, however, the gameplay looks stale and boring, mundane, and mediocre. I don't get what the hype is all about.
