you need to have a jail broken ps3 or cfw...
then you get an ftp server or file manager and swap the files that way...

if your on 3.60 you cant get cfw... hope this helps

well if you have a 3.55 firmware palystation you can just search this forum for a custom firmwaere to use.. kmaew probally is the best

if you have a 3.41 ps3 you can buy a jailbreak chip online... just google it

if you have updated your ps33 recently to 3.56 or 3.60 you are going to need a second ps3 to do this...

as for a file manager and ftp just search these forums again to get them

i found a data (39 spec and 33 b spec) but my ps3 show me a message when i copy the data "this data is from another user or something like that, and the ps3 will not recognize"
what i must do???
