Beware of Game Breaking Glitches on LittleBigPlanet 2

Most of you who had LBP should be familiar with it's game breaking glitches. I myself remember, there was the old 'Wheel of Death' glitch where you hold a swing and goes so fast it would mess up your game. (Check it out below if you don't know what I'm talking about)

Now there seems to be reports of game breaking glitches on LittleBigPlanet 2.

First off there's a glitch when importing a beta profile. Since that's the 'BETA' game data it still has bugs as opposed to the actual game. Media Molecule has said there is game destroying bugs in the old beta data and you should avoid transferring.

There is also a glitch with the pod that doesn't allow you to use the 'Pod Computer'. In some levels players have put a 'captured' POD item' that gives you the ability to bring create items into your own Pod. Doing this will easily destroy your profile. There have also been reports that this glitch can cause your pod to disappear, become destroyed, or not let your Sackboy spawn. If this has already happened to you then the only fix is to delete your game data and lose all that precious data. (Look at the videos below for an example on what this glitch does)

Media Molecule has issued a statement on this glitch.



Media Molecule also asks you to report any bugs or glitches in this statement they made earlier.



So when playing LBP2 don't import your beta data and just try to avoid getting a 'captured' POD item' and you should be fine.

I cant wait im getting this game this weekend i hope its good and hacks don't ruin it. Like when hacks brutaly murdered COMW2

To fix the earth being in your pod, sign out and sign back in.
I've had it once or twice.

Ive had the game since realise now. Been playing it daily to get the platium. Only glitch ive been affected by is the loading screen bugg. No point in going online or play with friends unless you want to spend 30min laggin and in loading screen. Glad im done with all the online trophies =D

I imported all my data from the beta, worked fine, this glitch is NOT as big as it seems, I had this and it just went away after a console reset, what it actually is, is the "earth" thats now inside of your pod.

Thanks for the heads up! My friend was about to do it and I heard about the glitches that ruin your game.. Now I gotta show him this thread before he loses this whole save data.
