LittleBigPlanet 2 expands the role of creativity and ingenuity even more than its predecessor. Packed with tons of new levels, and millions of old levels this game is a must buy. With new tools and objects, there is no boundaries on what you can do.

[multipage=Campaign] Campaign

The story behind LittleBigPlanet 2 is Sackboy and "The Alliance" trying to stop an evil creature called "The Negativitron" from destroying all of Craftworld. With help from your friend, Larry Da Vinci, you go through quite an adventure before finally destroying the creature.

Throughout the story you travel through all sorts of worlds with various themes based on things such as food, the future, animals, etc. At the end of each world, you battle a unique boss that fits with the theme.

This game gets even better with all the new features. Grapple hooks, grabinators, and helping your sackbot friends reach safety. This all just adds to the great LittleBigPlanet 2 experience.

Another thing that's good about this games campaign mode is all the little bonus levels here and there. If your ever bored, get a friend and go play some of the survival, versus, and co-op mini levels. These can be fun puzzles, battles, and adventures you can have with your friends. From having hamster races, to tapping the correct button on your controller fast enough, there has to be plenty of these mini levels to your liking.

Once you finish the campaign, don't just stop playing it just yet. Challenge yourself. Go back and ace all the levels along with collecting 100% of the prizes. This may get frustrating but it's also fun at the same time and adds items to your inventory.

[multipage=Online Play] Online Play

You didn't think the game ends after you beat the campaign did you? Of course not! When you pay the $60 for this game you should realize that you just bought millions of levels. You're bound to find something you'll like. Check the 'Cool Levels' or 'MM Picks' for some of the best levels on all of LittleBigPlanet 1 and 2. If you don't like any levels shown up on those lists you can always do a text search to find exactly what your looking for.

Even with all those levels Media Molecule constantly releases downloadable content on an average of every 1-3 weeks. You can buy some costumes, level packs, and creator packs.

With all these levels you'd have a better time playing with your friends than by yourself. Once you rally up your posse, go and play some of the creative levels that users like yourself are making from all over the world!

But what good is all this if the the online lags. The first thing I noticed was how big of an improvement this game made to its servers. Back on LittleBigPlanet 1, it lagged a lot when playing with friends and you could barely hear what they were saying. Now there's very little lag and you can hear your friends perfectly. The servers can ultimately make, or break a games online experience! In this case, they did a great job!

[multipage=Create and Share] Create and Share

As I stated earlier, the whole point of LittleBigPlanet 2 is creativity! Creating your own level is a big part! On this game they've added a LOT more tools and objects, so making whatever you want should be an easier feat! Watch this video to see the new create tools you get.

Once you've finished your level, you can go ahead and share it with the community! When it's published, you'll get comments, reviews, ratings and more to see what people think of your level! Who knows, one day you might get on the 'Cool Levels', or 'MM Picks' list.

[multipage=Conclusion] Conclusion

My overall rating of this game is a 9/10. I didn't give it a 10 because in my opinion, no game is perfect and there is always room for improvement.

If you don't have this game yet, I recommend buying it now! For a game that never gets boring, and is filled with nonstop entertainment, LBP 2 will do you good! It will run you $60, but that's money well spent.

I hope you've enjoyed this review of LittleBigPlanet 2.

Out of the three basic ideas of LBP2 you only covered one... PLAY. Create. Share. This is a good review but could defo use a section for creating/sharing/moon etc...
