Then when I either choose to play as a cop or as a racer and choose the car it just freezes and the game closes: "NFS: Hot Pursuit has stopped working". It also sometimes loads and when I'm just about to play it closes again. I'm using Windows 7 32 Bit.

I guess your on PC? since you said your running windows 7.

Okay did you download it or buy it? What is your system specs?(as in cpu, graphics, ram etc.)
