Do you like free stuff? Of course you do. How much better does it get than pre-ordering a game AND getting a FREE console at the same time? Well if you pre-order the upcoming first person shooter, Homefront, you get a free OnLive system with it! No catches or tricks. You need to pre-order the game through the on-live service by signing up on their You must login or register to view this content. and pre-ordering the game from there. Act fast though, this deal is only available from February 25th to March 14th.

OnLive wants to use this strategy to get more gamers to see what their made of.

“This is a watershed event: It’s the first time a game system has ever been given away with a purchase of a game, “said OnLive Chief Executive Steve Perlman. “Homefront is one of the biggest games out this quarter, and we wanted gamers to see just how incredible is to have the hottest title playable with the instant-play, massive spectating audience on their HDTV that is only possible through OnLive.”

The OnLive's served based gaming was in the works for over eight years and they recently made a deal raising $40 million from HTC. Even more convenient, is the fact that it's an inch high, and is much more portable than other big name consoles. Its game library currently consists of over 70 games with room for more.

At the rate this console is reaching attention, it can one day be standing with the other gaming console juggernauts.

what game is it? i kinda want one of these
EDIT: Homefront is a futuristic first-person shooter where North Korea has invaded and occupied the U.S. The gamer then has to fight back the occupying forces. It is one of THQ’s marquee games this year. You can use OnLive’s system to stream the game to your computer or use the MicroConsole and stream the game to your television.

This game? it is in the link?

Yup I'm sure and it actually makes sense if you think about it by doing this they're trying to get people to get interested in their product and what other way than by giving it away by pre-ordering a game and when you pre-order homefront you also get Metro 2033 for free, so people can use the onlive service
