First Tip: Go into options and turn the render distance to short, and turn the graphics to fast instead of fancy.

Step 1 . Open up minecraft.
Step 2 . Run the world you want to play.
Step 3 . Open task manager
Step 4 . Goto processes
Step 5 . Goto Javaw.exe
Step 6 . Right Click and Click Set Affinity.
Step 7 . Make sure only one box is checked.
Third Tip:
Step 1 . Open up minecraft.

Steps To Install.
Step 1 . Locate your minecraft.jar file. On Windows, it's in %APPDATA%/.minecraft/bin
Step 2 . Create a backup of minecraft.jar
Step 3 . Open minecraft.jar in an archive editor (WinRar/7-Zip/etc)
Step 4 . Delete the
META-INF folder.
Step 5 . Copy the files from the downloaded zip file into the jar file, replacing previous files.
Step 6 . Run Minecraft and test!
