also is better to have higher rpm or lowerr?? :S

It depends on the weight of the car. High RPM's are good because you have more speed you can gain, and the car can wind up and create horsepower.

Point taken, but car's with less horsepower can go faster (weight). I.E. ok a hayabusa isnt a car but still it has about 190 hp and top speed of 189.6 mph i want to see a honda civic with 190+ hp go faster then 190 mph :p

horsepower doesnt create weight.

For arguments sake, a car that weighs 1 tonne will need more horsepower to accelerate as fast as a car that weighs 750kg.

And about your bike, there is less friction on the road and the air, and weighs less, that is why it will go much faster than a civic
