While most of the gaming world is waiting for the beta for Gears of War 3, Players with only a PS3, will have to do it with a public beta for SOCOM: Special Forces. Playstion+ members will be able to play the beta first, on March the 23rd. Now, I bet you want to know what the features are in the beta, don't you?


There are a total of 4 game modes, which are; Suppression, Last Defence, Uplink and Bomb Squad. For the last game mode you can watch a video below. There are also 2 maps in the beta which are named Port Authority en Assault & Battery. You can play the beta with the new Playstation Move controller, or the old trusted Dual Shock. The beta will also be playable in 3D!
