Step 1. Get 2 blocks of anything(wood. dirt ect) and torches (30 ect)
Step 2. Jump in the water and place down the 2 blocks UNDER water
Step 3. Wait to your oxygen goes to one or two
Step 4. Walk into the Blocks that you have Placed and place a torch

Complete

You will notice the your oxygen bars will keep going full again and don't worry if you think you lost the torches you don't.
