Tutorial on how to install:
Go to the title menu of Minecraft 1.0.17_04 or above.
Copy the texture pack from where you saved/downloaded it
Click on 'Texture Packs and Mods'
Paste the copied texture pack in
Save it
Press done

Play Minecraft!
