No i dont think that you cant get it from logging in each day. I got it when i had 90 cars in my garage then i did the paint glitch where to save your car at 89 put it on a memory stick then keep reloading it till you get the paint chip i got Silver chrome and Gold chrome paint from doing it this way hop this helps

just keep buying the go karts...
they are only 5000 each time so its cheap to build up alot of cars
