Upgrade all the parts. Also, when ever you buy a car, make sure to do an oil change. It gives it like 5 more extra HP. Mess with the power limiter as well, you can adjust the maximum output of HP with it.

Ya just put it in a B-Spec race or something and come back. There's not really a fast way to do it, just put some miles onto it. I was able to do my Dodge Viper today after 1 B-Spec race. Got it from about 990HP before the race to about 1007HP after a 30 mile race in B-Spec.

Are you serious? The more you race your car, the more the BHP goes down. When you buy a new car, you can change the oil straightaway, marginally raising the BHP. Maybe you are ding one race then changing the oil, still giving the BHP an overall increase and tricking you into thinking racing your car made that possible.

He's right, when you start using a car the bhp goes up slightly as you break the car in, and after a certain mileage the bhp goes back down again as the engine gets thrashed around and damaged through use.

The bhp rise only counts on new cars, it doesn't work on used cars (not 100% certain)

No.. I'm saying right after I completed a race, the HP went up a few points. Breaking the engine in. It does go up after the first 1-3 races but then after that point, it does start to decrease.
