This week, SOCOM 4 Full Deployment SKU held a sales increase of 30 percent to rank at No. 175 at Amazon’s Video Games division.

This week, customers who pre-order SOCOM 4 will receive a $10 Video Games Credit and in-game SU90-S Shotgun.

SOCOM 4 will be sold in a standard SKU and SOCOM 4 Full Deployment SKU Apr. 19.

The SOCOM 4 Full Deployment SKU will include a copy of SOCOM 4, Playstation Move Controller, Navigation Controller, Playstation Eye, and Playstation Sharp Shooter at $149.99.

SOCOM 4 will include a single-player operation and online multiplayer functionality for up to 32 players.

In the title, users must command a five-person squad to stop a military revolutionary in a South Asian country.

In addition, the title will utilize the Playstation Move motion controller.

$10 Video Games Credit and in-game SU90-S Shotgun with the pre-order purchase of the product.

The Playstation Move holds a retail price of $49.99 each.

The Move Navigation Controller holds an MSRP of $29.99 each.

Sony in Feb. began sale of the Playstation 3 160GB Killzone 3 Bundle at $299.99.

hmmmm, this is interesting.

if you happen to visit the offical socom site, the boards over there are up in arms about the direction zipper has chosen to take with the franchise. tons of negativity.

i think it was a very smart business decision to make that full deployment edition. it's actually a great deal, and i know a few people who were on the fence about this title who are now getting it because of that move bundle.

i look forward to playing it, but my hopes definitley are not high...once that beta is free and open to the public, i'll definitley be checking it out.

what don't you like about s4, especially with how it compares to confrontation?

i know confrontation was a trainwreck when it first came out, but i think it was a solid game in the end, and so far from what i've seen of s4 (although i havnen't played it yet tbh), confrontation, to me, looks more like a next-gen socom than s4 does so far. (xroads, desert glory and frostfire FTW)

LOL, confrontation mp > S4 mp (as of today). i hope i'm wrong, and i know zipper already has a patch planned fixing the camera issue.

i know i'm going to miss those classic socom gamemodes, demolition, escort, extract. i just can't believe they are gone.

and while i was never into the single player socom in the past, it looks pretty good. but IMO, most socom players judge the game based on multiplayer.

either way, i'll be there in 18 days for better or for worse

socom conf was never solid in the end, and it will take more then 1 patch to fix this so call "beta" when its a Demo because... a Beta always launch around 5-6 month before the game is in store... soo are we going to buy a DEMO (like socom conf) or a REAL Game or a Game that going to have loads of patch of size of KINGKONG Dick like GT5 doing (adding extra stuff into the game)

I ain't buying this game made for noobs till they do major fixing! And i wont advise anyone to buy this game.
