1. Having Rebug CFW 3.55.1 installed onto your PS3.
2. Go to Install Packages (The folder with the star next to it) and click on Hard Drive and select Rebug Selector.
3. Go on The Rebug selector change it to, Rebug: Debug:XMB2
4.Go to Debug settings (underneath Network settings) and go to NP Enviroment, for USA enter PROD-QA or for EUR enter SP-INT
5. Sign up to the network via quick sign up, then sign in and go to Internet Browser on ps3 and press select and create a new bookmark.
6.Download the bookmark Arvin provided you with, start up a FTP Homebrew application.
7. Navigate to HDD_001-home-******-webbrowser and replace the bookmark with the provided one.
********= Your user ID
8. Now download a dlc .PKG from the net, i suggest taking a visit to sunny's Stickied thread in Playstation 3 Exploits&Hacks.
9. Install it onto your ps3, now go to the bookmark and click on the dlc you downloaded, it has to be in the bookmark though.
10. Load the game up and woop!

is this still doable even tho no access to PSN, i think i seen sumwer it is still able to be done, but i maybe wrong lol :evil:
