It seems as if the Kinect and Netflix aren't happily getting along. Sadly, you can only use the Kinect to watch Netflix's automated "Suggestions for you." That basically means that the Kinect doesn't necessarily replace the controller because you're stuck with a set of limited options to choose from.

After you browse through the few movies available through the suggestions, a message saying " "For more choices and search, use your controller" appears. A lot of fans have been asking for this feature, but as of now, it comes off as a letdown.

Why does every single thing feel the need to be compatible with Kinect? Netflix is not something you're supposed to interact with other than to find what you're looking for, and using a controller is just faster, more convenient, and functional. Why screw it up? :|

We have went from having to turn the dial to change channels on televisions, to using remotes, and now to complaining when we have to use the remote :lol:

It's pretty dumb that kinect only works for a small portion of Netflix, but I just had an epiphany so I thought I would point that out :p
