I'm sorry but that is not true, me and 2 of my friends have cracked copys and we play online all the time on my server.

Hey m8 how did you got cracked copies of MC working in server because when I try to do mine with bukkit it only lets me connect with my local ip 10.0.0.XX but with the public ip you see in cmyip.com it gives me an "java bad packet id 72" error. Any help???
Btw. When playing in my local ip server I noticed that things reconstruct themselves. Any help??

do you have hamachi? i was using bukkit by itself and no one could connect to me and i could only use my server, after i set up hamachi me and my friend can play on each others servers, the rebuilding thing was happening to me but after i started using hamachi it went away, unless im on my friends server his internet is crap so i lag out alot.

Im using bukkit but if hamachi is better I think im going to try it and btw. Can you add mods in hamachi??? And can you help me or link me to a tutorial on how to set it up with hamachi??

you still have to keep the bukkit stuff hamachi just makes it so that people can join you like they are on you home network. go here and get the unmanaged version of hamachi You must login or register to view this content. , and as for a tut i dont really have one my friend told me what to do.

all i did was after it installed you open it and push the power button, it will ask you to create a network, name it what you want and give it a password, then in your minecraft server properties file, change the server-ip= to the one that hamachi shows in the top right corner. then to allow people on the server they have to connect to your hamachi server with the user name and password you made and then they put the hamachi ip in the minecraft multiplayer ip box.

And I can add the plugins right??

i think so, i dont know how to do it myself but hamachi dosent block them it just acts as a way to connect people, the actual server would be bukkit so if you can add them and it work with bukkit then they should work.

Ok I will try it later because I have already have essentials V2.2 plugin in bukkit so now im going to wait that everyone uses the pc to install hamachi and check :y:
