Post: Best recored for minecraft?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well I wanted to record some mine craft and I tried to use Cam Studio but it's like 0.5 frames a second :derp: Can anyone suggest a decent recored?

Fraps, But when i record the video is a steady 60fps, But the game is 8 fps Not Happy or Sad

When i start filming it suddenly drops to 10 fps, why is that?

Because when it is recording, it is using all your computing power.

It drops because it's recording minecraft and it will obviously decrease your fps. You could try to allocate more memory or put minecraft and fraps on separate CPU's if you have dual core+

I have a dual core, so how do I do that?

Right click the task bar and bring up task manager then 'set affinity' and it should look something like this:

Now just set different CPU's for fraps and minecraft and set minecraft as priority high.

I set them to different CPUs and changed minecraft priority to high but it's still recording at 10fps :(

Your pc may not be that powerful enough to run it smoothly and record. Try lowering your game settings like tiny render distance and download game booster. If that doesn't help then your pc isn't going to cope with them both :(.
