It looks as if Sony's words were false. On Sunday, they announced that some PSN services will be up and running this week. However, a delay is now confirmed. Sony's Patrick Seybold stated that the return of the PSN has been pushed back to an unspecified date. Patrick noted, "When we held the press conference in Japan last week, based on what we knew, we expected to have the services online within a week. We were unaware of the extent of the attack on Sony Online Entertainment servers, and we are taking this opportunity to conduct further testing of the incredibly complex system." Although he did not directly say that the PSN won't be back this week, it was implied. He closed with an apology and reassuring statement by saying, "trust me when I say we're doing everything we can to make it happen." Now, I'm not too familiar with the things they have to do, but as long as they are trying what's in their power to regain their order, I'll be patient. Will you?

I was suspecting that this was going to happen and it finally has im just glad there doing everything they can
and hopefully it fixes and well get some good games for free with the free stuff there giving out and ill surely wait

I think all everyone wants to know is when will it be up. Not 'It willl be up this week, Oops sorry we made a mistake, It will be this week' ect.
