For any of you 3DS owners, you may want to start carrying around your device whenever you're planning on going to, or near a Best Buy! The electronics store and Nintendo have teamed up to give away some free content through the 3DS's SpotPass!
No specifications on what will be distributed have been given out yet, however, they did say there would be more stuff rather than just "fun content", and the service "will also include exclusive offers as well as additional entertainment content such as gaming extras and movie trailers."
Around 1,000 Best Buys nationwide in the US will be participating in this! In addition to the free content, they will also offer "customized, automatic wireless access." If that's not enough to look forward to, this summer, the 3DS will have the ability to stream Netflix!
All this jazz begins June 7.... The same day as Nintendo's E3 media briefing.
