Well I havn't seen constant griefing up to yet.
I think the major problem is too many people get butthurt over the simplest of things. for example I teleported to a random player yesterday because i was lost. I then had to break 2 blocks out of the side of his house to get out because the door had a private lock on. this action lead to a volley of abuse and the user trying to get me banned because of 2 blocks!
In my opinion people get griefed because of there rude attitude to others. i havn't being griefed once because I'm not rude while on the server.
