While most of the PSN online services were back for the majority of the globe, Asia was still suffering. Well, it looks like it's about time for Asia to regain access to the PSN. Sony stated that the renewal phases of the network services for "Japan and other Asian territories" will be put into motion tomorrow. However, Hong Kong and Korea will still have to wait a bit longer. Just like how it was the U.S., Asian users will have go through a mandatory password change for security purposes.

There is a Welcome Back Pack in store for the users as well. It differs slightly from what the North American user's were offered. Similarly, users can pick two games each for the PS3 and PSP systems from a collection of 5 games for each system.

PS3:

-LocoRoco Cocoreccho!
-echochrome
-WipEout HD
-Hustler King

PSP:
-Yuhshanokuseninamaikida or2 PSP® the Best (What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord!? 2)
-Everybody's Stress Buster (Hot Shots Shorties)
-PATAPON2 PSP® the Best
-LittleBigPlanet Portable
-LocoRoco -Midnight Carnival-

In addition, users will receive a 30 day pass for PlayStation Plus along with some accessories for the Home application. Also, some free movie rentals will be available along with a month long membership to Platinya in order to receive a weekly news program and minigame collection named Weekly Toro Station.
