I've looked pretty much ALL over youtube and google, but people just say you need a vpn, then nothing else. You CAN NOT host it from a website because all that websites are is hard drives connected to the internet. To have a server hosted you need a server that is like a computer.. which some are cheap and some are not.. but you get what you pay for.
