I'm sure that most of you have never played Halo: Combat Evolved, but that's because it was made a decade ago. It was the game that started it all.
Microsoft will commemorate the 10th anniversary of the first Halo game, by completely remastering it.

The game will feature online co-op play, "classic" multiplayer maps, and more. The game appears to be running on the Halo: Reach engine, and the video shown for the game even showed off Halo: Reach style assassinations.
It will be out on the 15th of November, '11. There is no word on whether it will be boxed and sold, or if it will be a solely downloadable game. There is also no doubt that it should entertain you until Halo 4 comes out, in late '12.
