i seriously think that battlefield has always been a game that you can play for hours and never get bored. cod has disappointed me with its crappy gun specs that make one class better than everything else. that's not how a first person shooter should be. everyone uses the same thing in almost all game modes. so i am definitely getting bf3 when it comes out and I'll play mw3 somewhere and ill go from there.
OH and that fault line gameplay of bf3 was pre-alpha stage so i think its quality and realism is gonna be da shiz.
And also i just looked at the mw2 case and it says its first person action, ha! fail...

Quite honestly, ive been fans of both series. (Played Cod since Cod2, bf since 1942). In all honesty, BF3 looks like the better game. MW3 just looks like a rehashed MW2 with more EXPLOASIONS and "HOLY CRAP IM UNDER WATERRRRR HURR DURR". I mean, the animations, sounds, and scenes are all reused and done before.

Agreed. And even though MW3 will out sell Battlefield 3, MW3 wont have anything mind blowing or game changing.
