This program is a .Jar Downloader, Let's just say you want to downgrade to Beta 1.3_01, You click the button and it downloads it. Then you replace, in this case, Minecraft 1.3_01.jar with your minecraft.jar in %appdata%. You will need to rename the file once it is downloaded though.
