The main building has a few layers which can hold buildings etc. The spawn will be made from obsidian, which will box the new people from grieving the map (No Pics yet). When verified they can open the metal door using the button. There will be a chest with quite a lot of mine carts, when you have taken one out, you can then use the mine track to go all the way to the main city (No Pics yet).

Everytime i see something like this in minecraft im always amazed.

Great Idea (Taking the minecart and going around the city)

One of the worst ideas I have ever stumbled across. Why? Well what happens to the "new" people if there is none on to "verify" them? Exactly they are stuck. Huge waste of time.
