Are you 15th prestige on Call of Duty: Black Ops? Well, those who are not will possess an even greater opportunity come the long weekend. Recently announced by Josh Olin, community manager at Treyarch studios, is that double XP within Black Ops will makes it’s triumphant return. Starting from 10am PST Friday July 1st, gamers will experience an XP boost until the same time on Tuesday July 5th.
This announcement comes in celebration of the newly arrived Annihilation map pack for the Xbox 360. Though a thirty day exclusive to gamers on that specific console, Treyarch will be offering the double XP bonus to all supported platforms. This means that users possessing the PS3, and even PC can partake in the benefit.
With this temporary boost, players can once again try and achieve their desired Black Ops rankings in the destined time frame. Stating this, everyone is encouraged to get out there and rank up, while also having some much needed fun.
