It is possible to obtain this car in a few different ways.
All 3 vehicles can be won through the S. Vettel X1 challenge, It is advised that you have a wheel if attempting gold on these challenges due to the car being extremely touchy and needing EXACT movement. The best I have personally only managed bronze using the Dualshock3 Remote. So if you manage silver with it, hats off too you.

Red Bull X2010 S.Vettel - Bronze
Red Bull X2010 (Plain Colour) - Silver
Red Bull X2010 Prototype (Plain Carbon) - Gold

The Prototype is notably faster, (about 400BHP more) than its counter parts. I believe its maximum BHP is about 1578. That is comparing to the other versions which only have about 1200BHP rounded.

The 2nd way to obtain the vehicle is MUCH less tedious than trying for hours to beat the challenge. At Level 30 A Spec It appears in the Dealership. It costs 20 million credits too buy and has a level cap of 40. This requires A LOT of grinding in A spec. Reaching level 40 will require tons of time grinding

The 3rd and final way to obtain this car is too simply reach level 35 in B Spec and you are awarded a Red Bull X2010 S.Vettel. This is by far the easiest way to obtain this monster.

Tips and advice: For A SPEC grinding i would suggest the Dream Car Championship > Indy 10 lap race. This is by far one of the most well known ways to grind A Spec.

For those grinding B Spec I suggest the the same method as above, or the "Like The Wind" Indy race. Once you hit level 25 though I recommend going to the endurance events and grinding on those for massive amounts of exp.

Remember, Don't get frustrated with the game if you cant do it the first time. Take a break and go back to it, and have fun!

They actually have different gear ratios and paint jobs to them.

The easiest way to grind for XP and money is to do seasonal event. LOTS of money/xp. the lightweight seasonal events gives you about 300k credits and idk how much XP but i know its more than the 'like the wind' races. the race takes about 3 minutes and 9 seconds.

i bought the 20mill one, these challenges to hard./facepalm
