Rockstar Games will be thanking it's fans of Red Dead Redemption by rewarding them with a free DLC pack coming in September of this year.

The pack is called Myths and Mavericks. It will feature all new multiplayer characters and maps. It will not, however, include any new game modes. At this point not much else is known about this release.

Rockstar has also claimed that just prior to the release of the DLC they will be releasing a patch for the game. This patch will bring back the original settings for Undead Overrun mode. It isn't known whether this patch will include any fixes for the many glitches that plague both the single player and multiplayer parts of the game.

Nice. I need to beat the campaign, then beat Undead, and then move on to this. I'm goad that my friend lent the game to me.

Red Dead Redemption was an amazing game. Although I haven't tested the Multi-player portion yet, I can personally vouch for the extremely fun, yet touching Single-player portion. While I'm glad to see some downloadable content being released for multiplayer, I would love to see some additional singleplayer content; be it costumes, missions, horses, weapons, etc.
