I currently have an Advent laptop.
2GB RAM

What is want is:

NO Lag on my Minecraft
Make it run smoother and faster.

Got my FPS average from 8 to 30, got a max of 150 fps.

Google your computer name and put graphics card at the end

I'll try YouTube tuts but I know NOTHING about laptop/computers at all.

Just click "Start" at the bottom left of your screen and type "dxdiag". Go to the "Display" tab and it should tell you your GPU.
