(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hey NGU,

This is just a quick little tut on how to make minecraft run faster - increase FPS, reduce stuttering....

1) Optifog + Optimine
I know that heaps of you guys have heard about it before, but if not, check it out:
You must login or register to view this content.

It really helps to boost FPS and clarify detail of the game. Im not going to delve into too much information, so just check the link.

2) Prioritize
Go to task manager > Applications and find the minecraft widnow.
Right click > find process > right click > set priority > high > confirm

Alternatively, you can open up the task manager and run it as administrator. That way you can set it to run as Realtime. Although, it isnt recommended as it might take resources from the OS.

3) Set Affinity
This seems to help significantly, especially when recording video. Basically runs the game off one core if you are using a duel-core PC.
Go to task manager > Applications and find the minecraft widnow.
Right click > find process > right click > Set Affinity > untick ONE of the boxes > confirm.

Well, those are just some easy little tips to make MC run smoother. Don't post that it doesn't help me etc. because every PC is different.
