This week it seems to have been leaked by our favorite movie rental giant, Blockbuster, that the Playstation Vita will be releasing on the 28th of October.
The flyer below was leaked from a Blockbuster store in the UK. It clearly displays at the bottom of the first table:

The flyer is also brandished with the Blockbuster logo and web address. This flyer looks surprisingly real, which brings the question; Is this fake or not?
There has been no official release date publicly set by Sony. The release date on the flyer would make sense though. A release at the end of October would allow for hype to build and would make for a good number of holiday sales. At this point though, all we can do is wait for the official release date to be announced
What is your opinion? Do you find a release date this close to be unlikely? Would you be excited for the release to be this soon? Do you think it would be smart for Sony to make the release before the beginning of 2012?
