I'll be giving you the link to the files + a tutorial on how to install it (assuming you already have mod loader and deleted the meta.inf)

Right! Let's get started on the tutorial on how to install the Tornado mod. (WARNING: I did say do not do this unless you've installed another mod before, eg The Aether.)

First you want to go to your Start menu, then search for %appdata%.

Go into the Roaming folder.

Now go into your .minecraft.

Next you want to go into bin, you'll see Minecraft.Jar, open it with WinRaR archiver or whatever you have.

Now just open up the tornado mod which should be on your desktop or where ever your downloads go to, once you've done that, copy all of the files exept the .. folder, you really don't want to do that :p

Drag and drop it into your Minecraft.Jar and then close it, start up Minecraft and you're READY TO GO!

Not totally sure, but as I've learnt, some mods for previous versions of the game can actually work for a higher version!

we can hope just a lot is changing including soem codign for map height :/

I guess so, but this mod isn't effected by map height, you can do it on the surface or in the dungeon, but seeing as it comes from the sky it won't actually reach the dungeon :p It basically goes to the highest layer that its standing(?) on.

is this 1.8?

i dont think so... it says for 1.7.3, but if it was for 1.8 i would defiantly use it
